Washington DC is considered the smartest city in America  While many in Washington love to crow about how they went to Princeton, Harvard or tout their advanced degrees, I discovered being highly educated is meaningless when it comes to communicating with other human beings. It’s not just liberal elites, it’s the entire Washington establishment that is clueless, elitist and out of touch. They are not about the people, it's about being part of the club. For years the elite has flung their dung on people they view beneath them, they have met their match with Donald Trump and his base. Whose Sticking Up For The American People     I’m not Anti-immigrant, as a writer I learned I’m not just a Conservative voice. Many people from different countries, cultures, and ethnicities read my columns including follow me on FaceBook and Twitter. While English is my main language, I also fluently speak Spanish, studied French and been to Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Under our current political landscape, I don't see any other choice but to support president Trump over a political establishment that has lost its way. Donald Trump has been in my living room since I was a child back in the late seventies.  In Atlantic City,  his name was plastered everywhere from parking lots to casinos. Although he was a household name during the late eighties, I wasn’t that impressed by him.  When you live in  New Jersey, you encounter many Donald Trump's people that try to overwhelm you with brashness, boldness, and bluster. With Penny Marshall's death, I feel a part of my youth has died also. You get tired of listening to people that never read a Law Book, mimic what they hear from Left-wing pundits about Emoluments clauses, campaign finance or Trump’s tax records as if their legal scholars. Sometimes I'm amazed  that after two years since Donald Trump been elected president many still behave as if they attended a funeral.
